Returning material to Convena
To receive a RMA, return material authorization, customers must contact Convena Sales Support center and provide the part number, invoice number and error description to receive a return number. Please note that an obtained return number is not constituted to an approved RMA. The return number is valid for 7 days in which the goods must be returned to Convena office.

RMA document must be included and shipment charges paid when returning the material to Convena. Item must be properly packed with an additional outer packaging outside the original box. Returns received without approved outer packaging, in an envelope, if the freight charge is unpaid or if the RMA document is missing will be returned to the customer without further action.
For unclaimed consignments, returned to Convena, customer is charged a fee of currently €30 plus VAT, or equivalent amount converted into the customers buying currency, to cover Convena transportation and administrative costs.
Consumer's (individual's) withdrawal rights
To a certain degree, private consumers have the right to cancel a purchase under the laws distance sales.
The right applies if the product and its original packaging are returned in its original state. Items where the original container is opened, destroyed, lost, components missing or when the product is used repurchase is not accepted.
Refunds will not be accepted for opened software, manuals, visual / audio recordings, toner, ink and electronic equipment where the seal has been broken. This also applies for goods ordered specially for the customer.
The RMA is authorized only when Convena received and inspected the item and found it to be in accordance with the above conditions. When a RMA is approved,, Convena will perform agreed activities immediately.
