Comway's Customer Satisfaction Survey 2017
We are proud that for the second year in a row, we are keeping up a 4.6 score out of a 5-star rating. Here you can read about our survey where we asked about: General satisfaction, Customer service, Product range, Delivery, Web shop and Administration.
Since this article was published, Comway Distribution has changed name to Convena Distribution.
In January, we conducted a large-scale customer survey among our clients from all countries. Firstly, we would like to thank the 260 customers who answered our survey. Every piece of feedback we get is very valuable to us.
Answers were consistently positive and shows that we continue to focus on the areas of service that matter the most to our clients: Good customer service, fast delivery, large range of products and an effective handling of paperwork. A majority of our clients feel positively about Comway Distribution.
