Our French Team will inspire you

Meet our French Sales Team and get a glimpse of what adds a little flavour to their daily work life

Laurent Fraysse is responsible for the team consisting of Philippe Masetti, Jean Luc Pescador, and Yannick Langaud. Laurent works from our head office in Denmark while Philippe and Yannick are located at our office in Poissy close to Paris, and Jean Luc works out of his office in Montpellier.

We asked them four questions handpicked from the Proust Questionnaire which is a popular set of questions by the French writer Marcel Proust.

Laurent Fraysse, Sales Manager

Which talent would you most like to have? The gift of ubiquity (not the networking brand).

Who are your favourite writers? Sylvain Tesson and Jean-Paul Sartre.  I also like the Norwegian author Karl Ove Knausgård as well as Michel Onfray.

Who is your hero of fiction? As a teenager, I was inspired by Rocky Balboa for his perseverance and his fighting spirit, and it has stayed with me in some form or another.

What is your motto? My motto is inspired by a quote by Sartre which sounds something like this: "You can constantly renew yourself since you are always free."

Philippe Masetti, Account Manager

Phillippe Masetti

Which talent would you most like to have? I would like to be immortal. Or more modestly, I would like to have the skills and mindset of the best Marathon runners in the world, always powering through.

Who are your favourite writers? Charles Pepin and Jacques Attali.

Who is your hero of fiction? The father figure which is described in poems and stories alike. The poem "Mon Père ce héros" by Victor Hugo is an example of this.

What is your motto? I am a former non-commissioned officer of the 51st Artillery Regiment. The motto of my regiment helped shape my strength and my mindset and I’ve kept it with me ever since: "age quod agis": Do what you do well/focus on the task at hand.

Jean Luc Pescador, Account Manager

Jean Luc PescadorWhich talent would you most like to have? To fly. Imagine the freedom it would bring.

Who are your favourite writers? Stefan Zweig, a popular early 20th-century Austrian novelist. Fun fact: His novel "Beware of Pity" inspired Wes Anderson’s film "The Grand Budapest Hotel".

Who is your hero of fiction? The greatest superhero of all times, Superman.

What is your motto? I love this quote by Winston Churchill: "A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity, an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty."

Yannick Langaud, Account Manager

Yannick LangaudWhich talent would you most like to have? The power of healing.

Who are your favourite writers? I have a broad taste which includes everything from Albert Camus and Oscar Wilde to Zidane.

Who is your hero of fiction? My fictional heroes are Rick Grimes from The Walking Dead and Walter White from Breaking Bad.

What is your motto? "Carpe Diem", because it is simple and easy to remember.
