Please fill out the RMA form


To return certain products, you must request a return number before sending a product back to us.


This is how you do it: Open up the invoice wherein the product is listed. Click on the link “Apply for RMA” and fill out the formula. (You can find your invoices under “Order history” in the side-menu under 'My Convena').


Temporary RMA-number 

Once the formula is filled out and sent to us, you will be provided with a temporary RMA-number along with the terms and conditions for your RMA.


Please note! Your RMA is not automatically approved by sending in the online RMA request. Your request will be processed by our RMA-department who decide if your request meet our conditions.


You can always find your RMA-cases, along with their status, under 'My Convena' and Sales returns (RMA).

Apply for RMA

1. Find your invoice
2. Click on the link 'Apply for RMA'
3. Fill in the required fields
4. Click 'APPLY' button

Getting access to 'My Convena'

To make a RMA request via 'My Convena', you must first have a login to the webshop.

If you do not have a login, please contact your Account Manager or fill out our online form.
